Believe it or not ...

1. Osteoporosis can be caused by fond appetite for acidic and/or sour food and drinks including liquor and alcohol.

The high level of acidity in the body may dissolve the calcium or other elements in the bone structure.

2. When our body is too acidic especially alcoholic drinkers, most health supplements consumed are not absorb properly and are discharged from the body. ( eg. Calcium and others supplements dissolve in acid)

3. Consuming excess acidic and/or sour food and drinks including liquor and alcohol will cause more frequent Gout attacks as the body system is overloaded with excess acidity. High uric acid level will cause Gout.

4. Drinking hot water will help poor sleepers to resume their sweet sleep after interruption.

5. For a young healthy person, the hair on the head grows about one inch in length every 2 months.

6. More regular washing of our hair will cause it to grow faster because of head stimulation.

7. Turn your full frontal body towards the person calling you from behind, don't just turn your head over your shoulder otherwise the 'fire' on the shoulder becomes extinguished. Your spiritual protection will be compromised.

8. Our saliva which contains bacteria can be used as disinfectant for minor cuts and insect bites on our body. However, it becomes a deadly poison on another person.

9. Don't sleep with both feet pointing towards the main door or corridor . Terrible nightmares will befall you. The Dead in a coffin is usually placed with the legs positioned towards the main entrance.

10. After using an umbrella, open it fully before entering the house. Spiritual entity may be hidden within a closed umbrella. Once the entity enters the house, it will not leave the house willingly.

11. Never buy a pair of shoes and present it to someone. It may means the person will leave you.

12. When a young child has no interest in study, pray to the deity God Confucius in the temple for spiritual assistance.

13. Female floating corpses will generally face upwards in the water while the males will generally face downwards. Female suicide jumpers from high level building usually land with their front bodies facing the ground while the males usually face upwards.
