Use a soft rubber mallot or strong vibrator to hammer with soft pressure for 200 to 300 times daily. Tensed and hard muscles will slowly become softer. Tensed muscles impede chi and blood circulation. Tensed neck and shoulder muscles may increase the chance of High Blood Pressure.
Depress on the tensed muscle using a rounded object, thumb or elbow for about 5 seconds each on all area regularly will also give similar result.
