Long ago, there was a well known flute musician who played beautiful music which could mesmerise his audience. He told a group of friends that he would track into deep jungle and play to the wild animals which he claimed would be tamed by his beautiful flute music.
One day he went into the jungle and started to play his flute. True enough, a group of wild animals, elephants; lions; tigers; cheetahs; leopards; horses; buffaloes and so on began to gather slowly around the musician. All the animals were were enjoying and praising the musician for playing such beautiful music.
Suddenly, without warning, a black panther came charging from a distance to the surprise of the other animals. It sprang on and killed the musician.
One of the animals in the group, an elephant, asked the black panther why it wanted to kill the musician who played such beautiful music. The black panther looked amusingly at the elephant in the eyes and asked,'' What ... did ... you ... say ? . . . . . . . I ... am ... deaf '' .
The purpose of telling this story was to bring a message across. Never brag too much. Don't be too complacent. There are always exception. Not every living things think or act alike.
