Drinking Water

Tap water contains Chlorine and other minerals. Frequently drinking water directly from the tap is not advisable as the chemicals may harm our body in the long run. Filter the water to remove Chlorine and other mineral.

 Boiling the tap water to 100 degree Celsius is effective in removing most of the Chlorine and reduce the concentration level of  other minerals which evaporates away.

Water Filter system remove most Chlorine and other bad minerals. The filtered water can be drank without boiling. However, the filtered water is 'cooling' or yin in nature. This yin water helps to cool people with heaty constituent.
It is better to boil the filtered water for the use of the whole family members as different person has different constituents.

Tap or filtered water are alkaline in nature. This alkaline water helps to balance the acidity in our body. High acidity in the body can cause tendons to contract or spasm. It also increases the uric acid in the body which can aggravate Gout attack.

High concentration alkaline filtered water has good healing power over diseases in the body and healing of external wounds.

Daily drinking about 500cc to 1000cc  overnight boiled/filtered water before brushing teeth helps to detoxify our body with the enzymes formed in our mouth. Many aches and constipation problems can be relieved.  This can helps to detox cancer sufferers too.
